I wonder, Kelli Picklers emotional song about her mom.. not really sure why I felt the need to blog about it or talk about it but I love the song and how she always gets so sad..reminds us how real and sad things can be I guess? or maybe I'm just depressing? But no really its a great song. Below is her performance at the CMA's in 2007.




Now wipe your tears away. On a happier note..one of my besties is visiting and I am pumped! It's always nice when little pieces of my hometown come to visit me. I miss it there so much!! But luckily I get to visit next week. I'm sure this weekend we will have lots of giggles and gossip about who knows what..well I do but that's a secret! and I'm sure have a drink or ten.

not wednesday

tuesday was a weird day for me. so this casting call thingy I had was for The Real World, yes the show. I had submitted a email to them describing myself(which my friend helped me write) and four pictures of me and well they e-mailed me back! So my friend and I traveled to Charlotte yesterday to interview and it was actually a lot of fun and I didn't act shy. It was about 30minutes and they asked pretty general questions, nothing too insane. The casting lady said she would call starting at ten.. lets just say I had my phone on my hip. Took it to the bathroom, the kitchen, family room, stared at it lovingly, 10 p.m. came by..game time! Then 10:30 hits, it's okay she's still making calls. Then 11 comes on by..ohh it's okay she must be showering now...then 12 comes by..maybe she lost my number? Ya, I think you get the point, I didn't get it oh well. I guess it's better that my crazy antics are not plastered all over TV and then there be a chance of not finding a real job after the show? or maybe I'll just find another show! so as we are driving home giggling about answers we gave and how cool we are and how we are totally getting a call (riiight)I see a cop behind me (I am almost home). He pulls me over and I wake my friend up and I was calm because obviously I'm perfect and don't speed and well I do NOTHING wrong. Well seems little Lindsay here didn't renew her registration on her car, ohhh about 5months has gone by for it WTF?! ya. lets just say I confused myself and never got it registered again and only did the inspection. needles to say a 28$ inspection turned into a grand total of 180$ so note to all fellow car owners, get your car inspected and REGISTERED !!!

Monday...funday?

I was always curious to why Monday was called Monday fun day, honestly nothing is really that exciting about Mondays. To me it means the start of another boring week. Weekends are my friend. Then again I have a pretty exciting interview tomorrow or in other words a casting for something! Don't want to say what it is yet or jinx myself, so I'll get back to that later, maybe ;) but today I had to wake up at 5:15, that's never fun and worked until 2ish. I watched my friends kickball game today, which I'm a littler jealous I'm not in a kickball league, that would be pretty baller. After that we went to a bar called the boileroom. So as you can see that was my Monday fun day.

and after I wrote all this, I just realized it's Sunday fun day..oops. but for the record I'm not a fan of Sundays either.

bored. what's new. I'm energetic and always wanting to do something so obviously when I'm not doing something I'm bored. is there a cure for that? Anyways I am multi-tasking, doing what you ask? well I am twittering, blogging, facebooking, watching TMZ on tv AND cold case, I guess you could say I'm a pretty talented young woman hu? Greece

GREECE! my friend and I are going to Greece in 25 days and it's starting to hit me how amazing it will be. I don't think I'll really realize how excited I am until I get there. But I am pumped! We are going to four different cities (Santorini, Mykonos, Ios and Athens) we're going for 11 days, two are travel days.
